蘇力威力強 明可能宜蘭登陸

中颱蘇力在上午8時左右位於蘭東南東方約470公里之海面上，目前氣象專家預測路徑偏南，颱風中心登陸抵點可能在宜蘭，花東及北部地區也將首當其衝，越晚風雨越明顯。

氣象專家任立渝也預測，雖然目前蘇力行進方向穩定，但不排除登陸後受到中央山脈地形影響，暴風圈打轉在台灣「逛一圈」，延長滯留時間。

氣象局表示，目前預估宜蘭可能出現16級強陣風，新竹、苗栗、南投、嘉義山區總雨量可能破千，周六清晨又正逢滿潮，遇上颱風沿海地區注意防範海水倒灌情形發生。
