兩韓將協商 讓離散家屬團聚

幾個月前劍拔弩張的兩韓關係，最近大幅好轉。北韓18日接受南韓恢復兩韓離散家庭團聚的提議，同意23日透過雙方紅十字會舉辦工作會談，好讓離散家屬能在9月19日中秋佳節團圓。不過雙方對會談地點仍無共識。北韓另提議22日在金剛山舉行工作會談，磋商恢復金剛山旅遊。 　據北韓官方「朝中社」報導，北韓祖國和平統一委員會（簡稱祖平統）發言人表示，兩韓將以中秋節為契機，在金剛山舉辦離散家庭團聚活動，並在10月4日的《南北韓共同宣言》紀念日，加碼讓離散家屬進行視訊交流。

南韓總統朴槿惠15日在光復節談話指出，希望兩韓在中秋節前後，恢復2010年中斷的離散家屬團聚活動。兩韓14日甫商定，將重啟共同營運的開城工業園區。

南韓16日透過兩韓非軍事區的板門店聯絡管道向北韓建議，23日在隸屬南韓的板門店和平之家舉行紅十字會工作會談，協商離散家屬團聚等人道問題，北韓當局18日正式應允。

祖平統並表示，繼商定重啟開城園區後，若兩韓能恢復金剛山旅遊專案，對「整個民族」將是另一大驚喜。1998年11月北韓開放金剛山旅遊，但2008年一名南韓遊客在當地遭北韓軍人射殺，南韓決定中斷這項旅遊交流。
