用亡姊名訂花東車票　女稱趕赴姊喪獲緩起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市46歲王姓女子去年涉冒用剛過世姊姊的身分證號，上網訂購6月23日端午節當天前往台東的8張台鐵車票。王女認罪表示親友急於搭火車回台東參加姊姊告別式，因一票難求，她用姊姊證號盼姊姊顯靈助她買到票。新北地檢署認定王女涉犯偽造文書罪嫌，但認罪又無前科，今准予緩起訴1年，須支付國庫2萬元。

台鐵與鐵路警察局今年執行「淨網專案」，例行性過濾網路定票證號，查出王女冒名訂票。

王女供稱，姊姊去年6月16日過世，同月23日要在台東舉辦告別式，含她在內共8名親友急於訂票搭火車趕往參加。

王女說，6月23日是端午節，花東鐵路車票難買，她默禱姊姊在天之靈相助，用姊姊的身分證號順利在18日買到4張花蓮到台東的車票，接著21日又買到4張潮州到台東車票。
