巴西大亨造船廠 將聲請破產保護

巴西商品大亨巴提斯塔（Eike Batista）旗下的造船業者OSX昨天（10日）證實，最快今天在里約熱內盧聲請破產保護。

OSX上周五晚間公告說，公司管理委員會已同意尋求司法重整的途徑，即進入類似美國破產法第11章的程序。

OSX的成立，本來就是為配合支持巴提斯塔旗下石油公司OGX石油天然氣公司的成長。OGX因開發的油田並無生產效益，以致無力償債，日前已聲請破產保護。
