北韓：決不會採取無核化前期措施

北韓勞動黨機關報勞動新聞今天發表評論指出，如果美國不採取行動，證明撤回對北韓敵對政策的決心，北韓決不會採取無核化前期措施。

評論中就美國政府最近重申，只有北韓接受無核化前期措施，才能重啟六方會談一事指出，北韓決不會接受採取前期措施的要求。

評論指責美國，未守承諾、未履行義務，因美韓軍事演習等，美方採取的敵對行為，以及美國和北韓雙方，圍繞有待解決的問題，做出的承諾都淪為空話。評論說，因美國的對北韓敵對政策，致使朝鮮半島陷入了緊張狀態，目前朝鮮半島，並沒有可維護和平的任何制度設計，且因美方的拒絕，各方連對話都不能進行。
