張盛和：調整舉債上限要整體考量 目前未有調高打算

財政部長張盛和表示，是否調整舉債上限要整體考量，目前還沒有收到上級的指示，也還沒調高的打算。

馬英九總統上周在國民黨中常會表示，目前法津規定政府的舉債上限最高只能占GDP(國內生產毛額)的40.6%，現在只剩1.9%的空間，但有些其他國家的債限可以到GDP的60%、70%，甚至是200%，因此，馬英九請張盛和向國民黨中常委釋疑「人家能、為什麼我們不能」。而行政院長江宜樺也表示，不排除修法提高舉債上限，他說，推動擴張型經濟若無法適度提高債信，後續無以為繼，因此，對馬總統拋出的這項議題，他會請財政部研議。

對此，張盛和表示，財政部目前正在研究的財政健全方案，就是要在儘量不調高債限的方式下，充裕政府財源，他強調，「稅、費、捐是當代人負擔的，債是下一代負擔的」，是否調整要整體考量。
