標題[請問] 地瓜長出紫色的芽

前幾天腦殘把地瓜拿去冰箱放 後來才想到地瓜好像要保持乾燥 結果拿出來的時候發現不但地瓜濕濕的 還長出紫色的芽... 想請問這樣還可以蒸來吃嗎? 要怎麼樣判斷地瓜有沒有壞掉能不能吃? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.169.243
