毛巾塞老翁嘴致死 看護工兩萬元交保

一名中國籍看護受雇在高醫附設醫院照顧罹患鼻咽癌的李姓老翁，病患因為病痛呻吟，看護工為免吵到別人，前天深夜拿小毛巾塞住病患嘴巴後呼呼大睡，護士發現時，老翁已經氣絕，急救無效。

家屬對於看護工的作為難以原諒，要求重判，而仲介公司也為看護工的行為出面致歉。黃姓看護工被移送檢方偵辦，檢察官認為看護工明知可能造成死亡仍如此作為，有不確定殺人故意，向法院聲請羈押，高雄地方法院裁定以兩萬元交保。
