黑心食安問題多 宜縣斥千萬購檢驗利器

塑化劑、毒澱粉、黑心食用油等食品事件層出不窮，宜蘭縣政府衛生局耗資近千萬元，新添購1台「液相層析串聯式質譜儀」（LC/MS/MS），今天正式啟用。衛生局長劉建廷表示，透過這部儀器的檢測，食品中是否含有農藥殘留、違規添加物，都將快速檢出，黑心食品無所遁形，未來食品安全把關更有保障！

宜蘭縣衛生局表示，危害人體健康物質的有害成份含量，濃度往往都非常低，必需倚賴精密檢驗設備才能檢測出來；新添購的「液相層析串聯式質譜儀」，具有超強的偵測靈敏度，檢測能力由ppm(百萬分之一)提高到ppb(十億分之一)，可以讓違規添加物無所遁形，是現今打擊黑心食品的最新主要工具。

衛生局檢驗科指出，目前，東台灣的衛生單位，只有宜蘭縣衛生局擁有這台檢驗儀器，以農藥殘留檢驗為例，過去儀器只能檢出122項，剩餘的130項必需送到中央衛生單位檢測分析，耗時又不方便，有了這台儀器之後，所有252項都能自行檢測，未來把關食品安全更有保障。
