南蘇丹叛軍：已奪回博爾市

南蘇丹反政府的叛軍宣稱，在今天(31日)黎明前和政府軍的交戰之後，他們已經奪回重要戰略城鎮博爾市(Bor)。

叛軍發言人魯艾(Moses Ruai)表示：「博爾市已經在我們控制之下」。南蘇丹政府官員也在稍早證實，叛軍已經攻進博爾市，並且控制了部分地區。

博爾市位於南蘇丹首都朱巴(Juba)北方190公里，是瓊萊省(Jonglei)首府。瓊萊省已經成為南蘇丹總統基爾(Salva Kiir)與叛軍領袖、前副總統馬查爾(Riek Machar)角力的重心。

南蘇丹政府軍與效忠馬查爾從15日爆發激戰以來，已經造成1千多人喪命，而前往聯合國基地尋求庇護的人數已達7萬5千人。
