澳洲去年高溫創紀錄 比平均高1.2℃

澳洲氣象局3日表示，澳洲去年為創紀錄最炎熱的一年，歷經最長的熱浪與破壞性的森林大火，全國全年平均氣溫比平均值高出攝氏1.2度。

氣象局在年度氣候聲明中指出：「2013年為澳洲自1910年有紀錄以來最炎熱的一年。2012年9月起各地平均氣溫普遍高於平均值，氣溫高於均值的天數拉長已成常態，是明顯缺乏寒冷的天氣。」

氣象局指出，澳洲2012年底至2013年初的夏季為史上最熱，其中包括自2012年12月31日起至2013年1月19日結束的全國熱浪，19日當天，有些地方的氣溫才降到攝氏45度以下。

澳洲去年春季也創史上最高氣溫紀錄，冬季的氣溫則是史上第三高。

2014年也是個炎熱年份，一些內陸地區氣溫可望打破紀錄，例如位於南澳北部地區的Moomba 2日氣溫飆上攝氏48度。澳洲最高氣溫紀錄是在1960年於Oodnadatta所創下的50.7度。
