監委發函國防部 明為林毅夫赴監院說明

針對叛逃中國大陸的林毅夫繼續遭通緝的適法問題，監委葉耀鵬與趙昌平提出所謂六大問題，發函約詢法部務與高檢署人員明日上午要求說明，據透露，監委明同一時間也發函約詢國防部法律事務司，同樣針對林毅夫叛逃的法律問題進行說明，要求調閱國防部內部對林案的看法，內容同樣是針對學者勒宗立等人所提適法性問題要求答辯，國防部明日將為此派遣官員帶隊，赴監察院接受約詢。國防部強調，認定林毅夫叛逃的立場絕不動搖。
