地政士法覆議 政院：了解立委提案原因

行政院今天召開臨時院會通過地政士法覆議案，政院秘書長陳威仁提醒，過去各部會對於立法委員提出的法案，若認為窒礙難行，多只是簡單回覆「不宜推動」，並未深入了解立委推案的原因。

陳威仁表示，一般立委提出法案的背後，一定都有委員特別考量，各部會要予以尊重，對於立委提出的原因，也要積極了解、研究有無道理，平時加強說明，能有助避免立法建樹不見林。
