中科三期進二階環評

中科三期環評審查雖早就於95年經環保署審查通過，但因當地民眾及環團長期纏訟，最高行政法院去年判決撤銷環評結論。環保署今天上午召開環評大會，決議讓全案進入二階環評。

這是環保署繼「大安大甲溪聯合輸水工程」後，第二件環保署主動讓已通過環評審查案件，重新進入二階環評的案例。

環保署自去年7 月以來，共審查過18件以上環評案，其中11件因「對環境有重大影響之虞」進入二階環評。所謂二階環評，意指比一般環評查更嚴謹，更深入。
