已經連續舉辦11年的「藝術獎」，激勵不少藝術表演團體，今年獲頒年度視覺藝術獎的是樹梅坑溪環境藝術行動。

而年度表演藝術獎的是「寂靜時刻」，評審團特別獎，「亂紅／二分之一Q劇場」，除了恭喜獲獎者之外，今年也公布明年的改變，除了取消入圍之外，也將增設7名觀察員，對台灣當代藝術來審視，也將設立設立網路平台，讓觀察員和藝術家有更多的交流。
