北市1.4萬件交通罰單撤銷　近3成員警開錯

北市議員王浩書面質詢，北市2009年至今，交通違規撤銷14632件，可歸責員警疏失撤銷的交通罰單3978件，佔27%。以員警認證錯誤、違規事實引用法條錯誤、採證不足、號牌與車型廠牌不符，佔撤銷原因九成。
 
交通罰單可歸責員警疏失，件數最多前三名，分別為萬華分局518件，松山分局459件、士林分局450件。顯見執法單位對於交通違規裁處仍有不足之處。王浩要求加強執法人員教育訓練，以免造成烏龍罰單爭議。

北市撤銷罰單中，27%可歸責於員警。
