江晏慶非科班 熱愛越野路跑

非科班跑者，能不能跑出自己的一片天？曾在上個月獲得台東100公里超級馬拉松史上最年輕冠軍的江晏慶，或許做出了不一樣的詮釋。

24歲的江晏慶皮膚黝黑，他和近來參加國內路跑賽的大多數人一樣，都不是運動科班出身。

昨天江晏慶獲邀擔任2013 SALOMON山地越野越野路跑賽活動嘉賓，也分享了越野路跑的經驗，熱愛戶外運動的他表示：「越野路跑在國外行之有年，大自然有其獨特魅力，是一般公路或是馬拉松無法取代的。」

在他身上，不難發現對於路跑的熱愛。他表示，自己只有在高三受過1年田徑訓練，但由於非體育科班出身，在有限時間內，會比其他人更抓準訓練重點。從上大學到研究所，他都是看書自學並參加社團練習、請教前輩。

但他也提醒越野路跑環境有其風險，想嘗試的民眾需要有一定基礎知識，包含裝備、技巧，才能避免意外和受傷。
