「小雞」林恩宇，一位從不放棄的本土強投，歷經傷痛、挫折，走過風光，旅日光環，現在他終於能順利展開新的棒球之旅，這一切除了要感謝女友，家人還有球迷支持外，更要歸功於他想「戰勝自己」的決心。
2005年誠泰Cobras正式讓過去已是業餘強投的林恩宇登板，結果他首場登板就拿下勝投，也奠定他未來在中職的地位。
菜鳥年他拿到中職新人王、年度MVP、防禦率王等獎項肯定，已經是具備「怪物」般的等級，還幫球隊拿到季冠軍，可惜無緣總冠軍。
沒想到06年他更拿到三振、勝投、防禦率三冠王，也挾著「中職最強」的名號遠征東瀛。
可是日本職棒討生活不容易，雖然小雞歷經3年洗禮，大致上聽得懂，但是回到台灣後，回想過去的日子，他總是有那麼一點覺得可惜。 (接下一頁)
