傳Google將花5億美元 行銷Moto X手機

力抗強敵三星 (005930-KR)、蘋果 (AAPL-US)，Google (GOOG-US) 決定砸 5 億美元大力行銷 Moto X 手機，可能撼動整個手機業界。

《華爾街日報》報導，內情人士透露，Google 預估砸下數億美元大力在各個市場積極行銷 Motorola 的 Moto X 手機，金額上看 5 億美元。

內情人士透露，根據 Motorola 計畫 Moto X 今秋即可上市，預估美國四大通信商 AT&T、Verizon、Sprint、T-Mobile 都將鋪貨，且內情人士還表示，Motorola 已經成功地大量減少電信商可能預先置入的 Moto X 的軟體以及應用程式。

Moto X 的另一大賣點則是客製化，能夠讓買家自由選擇手機背蓋和正面的外殼顏色，甚至還可以篆刻圖案。

內情人士表示，Moto X 的售價應會與其他手機大廠的旗艦機價格去不遠，如蘋果的 iPhone 5、三星 Galaxy S4 以及宏達電的 One，綁約價約為 199 美元，空機價格則為 599 美元。
