新版電價 工業用電漲幅減1成

（中央社記者林孟汝台北2013年8月27日電）第二階段新版電價調整案拍板，中大型商業和各型工業用電的漲幅為10.4%到12.2%，較原方案漲幅打9折，鋼鐵、塑化、電子等用電大戶可望受惠。

經濟部今天公布第二階段新版電價調整案，外界質疑相對便宜的工業電價調幅未如外界期待。

經濟部次長杜紫軍指出，工業用電因為供電成本較低，才會比家庭用電便宜，世界各國也多是工業用電低於家庭用電，只有中國大陸、墨西哥和馬來西亞3國，因為國家政策性補貼，家庭用電較便宜。

他說，如果以家庭用電除以工業用電，台灣現在比例是1.17，韓國、香港都是1.29、日本1.46、美國1.69、德國2.24，丹麥3.55最高。

依經濟部試算，中大型商業、各型工業（36萬戶）漲幅打9折後，減幅（1.31%）介於住宅用戶（0.72%）及小商業用戶（2.26%）間，台電民國103年電費收入預估將減少新台幣45.8億元。

經濟部表示，電價調整主要影響對象為用電量大及電力支出占比較高產業，當電價調整1成時，工業平均生產成本將影響0.25個百分點。1020827
