金管會：振興股市方案適當時機推出

金管會表示，振興股市方案，有的助量卻傷價，有的助價卻傷量，因此須評估各項條件，規劃配套措施，於最適當時機推出，才能對台股發揮最大效用。對於券商建議，開放平盤以下放空，金管會都會積極研究評估。

金管會副主委吳當傑說：『不是說它對於股市會有正面，難免有其他的負面，我們就不作為，而是有些正面又有負面時，我們怎麼採取配套措施，讓這項作為對於股市是有正面，然後對股市有不利的影響透過配套措施，把它降到最低，這是我們要考量的。』
