國小老師掐學生脖　家長揚言罷課要求撤換

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮縣秀林鄉1間國小沈姓男導師，竟對沒寫好功課的學生動輒用書本打頭、並罰學生午休時罰站，還動粗掐學生脖子，導致學生驚恐害怕上學。學生返家向家長訴苦，今天有8名學生家長聯名指控沈姓導師涉不當管教，要求校方撤換導師，否則他們就罷課不讓孩子上學。家長方惠珍說：「女兒怕到尿床兩天，老師太恐怖了」
 
沈姓老師否認全部指控，辯稱學生常低頭，他才用手抬起學生下巴，不可能掐學生。該校古姓校長表示，該班有17名學生，訪談後也有半數學生挺老師，沒有不當管教情事，她已將全案通報教育處，明將派督學到校調查釐清案情。
