【動新聞】高振利出庭　駝背踉蹌裝可憐

【動新聞／綜合報導】高振利今天出庭，相當低調，頭戴鴨舌帽、口罩，一開始還跟律師偷偷摸摸想從法院後方進入，高振利在法庭上聲音微弱如蚊子哼，看起來病懨懨，似乎打哀兵策略。
 
高振利今天頭戴鴨舌帽、口罩出庭，一到法庭上就拉下口罩，檢察官霹靂啪啦宣讀起訴書，高振利只是低著頭看文件，臉上的眼鏡還垂到鼻頭，看得十分專注。法官問道「你認不認罪」高振利講話也有氣無力，聲音微弱，表示只針對添加銅葉綠素的部分認罪，其他不認。其餘大多時間由律師替他攻防。
 
律師甚至嗆檢察官，許多起訴內容並非事實，引發檢察官不滿。也回嗆起訴書中已經充分考量被告情況，還有更多惡劣的行徑沒寫，高振利「居然還敢拿來說嘴」。而最後裁定交保之後，高振利在記者包圍下進入法警室，還一個踉蹌，幸好有法警扶住，差點跌倒。狼狽模樣和過往意氣風發對照，相當諷刺。
