西北火鍋料摻過期澱粉？愛買預防性下架

北市衛生局稽查發現，台北市味元公司涉嫌將過期澱粉重新加工出售，下游廠商為知名火鍋料製造商「西北食品行」，工廠也被新北市衛生局查獲到過期澱粉。

通路業者得知消息後，大潤發、家樂福、全聯表示，目前無法判斷西北火鍋料中是否使用過期原料，產品暫不下架。全聯轉述廠商回應說法，西北食品沒問題，若衛福部有指示，才會進行下架動作。

愛買則認為，通路有義務為民眾食安把關，晚上已將蛋餃、燕餃、魚餃等西北火鍋料產品暫時下架，希望藉由預防性動作，降低消費市場疑慮，避免食安問題再度擴大。愛買也表示，已要求廠商提供檢驗報告，確認產品品質無問題後，才會再度上架銷售。
