連搶7彩券行還敢兌獎 通緝犯被逮

高雄出現一名專搶彩券行的雨衣大盜，他假裝顧客每次買好幾萬塊的賓果彩券，趁老闆要交彩券時，一把搶走後逃逸，甚至彩券對中了，他還大膽拿到彩券行兌領現金，有七間彩券行業者受害，不過最後他在台北一家彩券行故技重施，但這次被逮個正著。

陳姓男子總是趁著雨天，頭戴安全帽穿雨衣遮掩外表，假裝顧客來買賓果彩券，而且一買就好幾萬塊，彩券行業者以為來了大顧客，不料雨衣男一把搶走彩券就跑，彩券行業者拚命追出去，但已經遲了好幾步，雨衣男用相同的手法，連搶了鳳山和大寮區七家彩券行，得手彩券刮中了小獎七千五，還會到其他彩券行兌換，相當囂張，甚至還到超商偷酒。

警方循線追查，發現24歲的陳姓男子設有重嫌，這名男子年紀輕輕卻不肯好好找工作，逃到台北時被警方逮捕，現在又加上搶奪竊盜，侵占罪，犯了這麼多條罪還不悔改，只能吃牢飯。
