F-永冠生鐵供應商 無預警暫停營業

F-永冠（1589）傳出生鐵供應商無預警暫停營業，今天強調不影響生產及銷售，財務最大損失7,700萬元、每股稅後純益0.76元。

F-永冠表示，生鐵供應商晟光公司無預警停業，導致連帶保證人北方煉鐵廠也暫時停工，部分生鐵可能無法如期交付，因貨款已付，預估最大損失7,700萬元。

F-永冠說，已委請律師採取相關保全及法律動作，但因目前擁有足夠的生鐵庫存及其他合格生鐵供應商可供貨，不影響今後的生產及銷售。

F-永冠2013年營運明顯成長，前三季毛利率27.46%，稅後純益3.95億元，每股稅後純益3.92元；稅後純益年增率49.8%，毛利率提高4.74個百分點。

F-永冠10月營收5.43億元，比9月減少2.11%，年增率76%；前十月營收47.58億元，年增率6.82%，15日股價下跌2.2元、2.28%，收盤價94.4元。
