大陸溫州貸款不良率 創28個月新高

大陸溫州銀監分局今天公布統計資料顯示，截至今年10月底，溫州銀行業不良貸款額達人民幣311.3億元（約新台幣1,513億元），不良貸款率4.31%，創28個月以來新高。

自2011年下半年溫州爆發民間借貸危機以來，該市銀行業不良貸款率持續攀升，一直是大陸城市中不良貸款偏高的地區。

第一財經日報報導，該市10月在國有、股份制和城商行不良貸款率分別為5.34%、5%及1.65%。其中招行及建行旗下分行分別為10.33%與10.01%。先前不良率居高的廣發、浦發和平安銀行則大幅下降。

值得注意的是，在不良率上升的同時，溫州銀行業「關注類」貸款總額趨緩。但因該類貸款規模更大，且部分涉及擔保鏈風險的貸款可能還未進入「關注類」，風險不容忽視。
