鄉代摑護士案 桃檢查警方是否疏縱

桃園縣蘆竹鄉民代表王貴芬涉嫌摑護士巴掌案，桃園地檢署下午收受警方函送公文，即於下午4時傳喚王貴芬、被害李姓護士、在場的張姓護士、受理報案的江姓警員、坪頂派出所長胡興隆。

桃檢主要針對警方是否涉嫌疏縱現行犯調查，江姓警員到場處理後，回報被害人、加害人都不在場，所以並未將王貴芬依現行犯帶回派出所，但現場醫護指證王貴芬並未離開現場。
