地制法三讀 山地原住民區可選區長

五都升格後，山地鄉改制的「山地原住民區」，原改為官派區長，立法院今天三讀通過「地方制度法部分修正案」，恢復山地原住民區的自治權，自治區內可選舉區長、區代表。受影響的包括新北市烏來、台中和平、高雄茂林、桃源、那瑪夏，及即將升格的桃園復興。
