【短片】中橫台八線路坍　谷關溫泉2百遊客受困

【李陳信得／台中報導】蘇力颱風帶來強風豪雨，中橫公路東勢往谷關方向沿線有許多路樹攔腰折斷造成道路受阻，另有多處出現土石流，其中24.5公里最為嚴 重土石流堆積約30公尺長、6公尺高，下方的民宅也被土石沖入，谷關溫泉區兩百多名遊客因道路中斷無法下山，公路總局派出重機具怪手及推土機前往搶修。谷 關工務段段長洪璠儀表示，會儘量搶通單線道先讓受困的遊客下山。

豪雨也使得大甲溪溪水暴漲，位處溪旁的松鶴部落因地勢較低，有遭溪水沖入之虞，和平區長黃永生說，如果水位持續上升，將把居民撤離至安全地點。
