黃昭順：黃世銘請知所進退

檢察總長黃世銘今天晚間出面說明並未故意監聽立法院，而是誤認立院節費電話是柯建銘助理所持用。國民黨立委黃昭順痛批黃世銘「鬼扯」，她質疑，特偵組監聽林秀濤三、四天就知道「誤聽」而停止監聽，但監聽立院總機時間長達一個月，「掛線這麼久，還不知道這是立法院總機？」很難自圓其說。

黃世銘為上午特偵組記者會「資訊錯誤」鞠躬道歉。黃昭順說，違法監聽這麼重大的指控，竟敢舉辦資訊錯誤的記者會，叫大眾如何相信特偵組過去記者會是「資訊正確」？如此不慎重，令人難以忍受。

黃昭順說，黃世銘從頭到尾都在說謊，鬼話連篇；國會監聽是極為嚴重之事，黃世銘應「知所進退」，自請下台。

黃世銘解釋特偵同仁「不知該電話是立院總機」，黃昭順表示，這顯示法院核發監聽票制度也需檢討。她說，特偵組要監聽必須請法院覆核，法院本應查明是否有監聽必要性，不是特偵組要求監聽就得核發監聽票。
