仁寶砸7.34億 買東芝波蘭廠

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北28日電）仁寶電腦今天宣布將斥資新台幣7.34億元，購買Toshiba設立於波蘭的液晶電視組裝廠，預計2014年第1季底完成產權移轉。

仁寶董事會通過決議，將透過100%持股的子公司，購買Toshiba Corporation(東芝公司)設立於波蘭弗羅茨瓦夫(Wroclaw)經濟特區Kobierzyce的液晶電視組裝廠Toshiba Television Central Europe Sp. z o. o.(TTCE) 。雙方交易細節將循商業機密保護原則及法令規定辦理。

仁寶表示，為因應液晶電視全球市場競爭變化、配合客戶事業型態調整及深化全球布局，仁寶決定收購東芝公司波蘭液晶電視組裝廠，這項交易於今天簽訂，並預訂於2014年度第 1季底前完成產權移轉。

東芝目前為仁寶液晶電視主要顧客之一，未來東芝將持續向仁寶採購在波蘭工廠所生產的液晶電視產品。

仁寶表示，集團未來營運將鎖定4 Screens (NBPCs, Tablets, Smartphones, LCD TVs) 產品，公司相信這項交易將有利於液晶電視事業擴展，為未來的營運增添成長動能。1021028
