美駐日大使批評中國　「有損區域安全」

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國駐日大使卡洛琳甘迺迪昨發表上任後的首次演說，她批評中國頒布「東海防空識別區」加重區域情勢緊張，強調美日將共同應對中方的挑釁行為。

卡洛琳昨批評中方，「試圖改變東海現狀、有損區域安全」。她對21日視察駐日美軍司令部（橫田基地）表示深受感動，因為美日國防當局合作無閒，並稱美日會共同面對中國的挑釁。

卡洛琳也談到跨太平洋夥伴協議（TPP），她期待年內雙方能夠達成協議，並稱日本加入將使該協定更具效力，而且TPP也應該是日相安倍晉三實現經濟政策的重要手段。
