調查／台北6成5年輕人　因買房壓力不想生小孩

根據周刊公布的調查結果顯示，在台北有高達65.8%的年輕族群，因為買房子的壓力而曾考慮不生或少生小孩，可見「高房價」已經不僅是年輕人買不起房的社會問題，也影響國家長期發展。

想要有個家，真的這麼難嗎？根據《今周刊》27日發布青年購屋大調查結果，有愈來愈多的台灣年輕人不得不捨棄這個夢想，因為過去10年薪資不漲的台灣，房價卻是一飛沖天，從信義房價指數歷來走勢圖來看，現在台北的房價幾乎是10年前的3倍，過去一坪30萬元的房子，現在要接近90萬元才能買到，薪資與房價的落差，讓台北年輕人苦不堪言。

根據《今周刊》調查，目前全台灣20歲至39族群只有6.4%的人靠自己買房。高房價的經濟壓力，更影響到年輕族群結婚、生子，調查顯示，在台北市有65.8%的年輕族群，因為買房子的壓力而曾考慮不生或少小孩。

根據全球房地產指南調查報告2012年底台北市價以每坪約68萬元排名全球第18，名次落在亞洲的香港、新加坡與東京之後。乍看下台北房價好像不算貴，不過，德明財經科技大學副教授花敬群就指出，台北市貸款的負擔率是64%，表示以所得位在中位數的人，買台北市中位數的房子，每個月貸款就占收入的64%，買房子的壓力當然很高。
