紐時：中俄兩國庇護史諾登 歐巴馬批

紐約時報報導，美國總統歐巴馬十七日在司法部宣布改革國家安全局情蒐辦法時提醒觀眾，在多數國家，為情報單位的情蒐設限並非總統演說的題目，他還點名中國大陸及俄國即是如此。

歐巴馬說：「沒有人期待中國大陸公開討論他們的偵監計畫，或是期待俄國在偵監計畫中考量到民眾的隱私。」

紐時指出，歐巴馬拿兩個庇護國安局前雇員史諾登的國家開刀，但歐巴馬說：「讓我們記得，世人對我們有不同的標準，因為我們在保護個人隱私及人之尊嚴的最前線。」
