卓伯源弟遭判9年 喊冤要上訴

彰化縣長卓伯源的弟弟卓伯仲涉採購弊案遭判刑9年，卓伯源引用邱吉爾「風箏逆著風飛最高」，對這次司法判決，縣府尊重相關個人透過司法程序，還原事實；卓伯仲則強調，貪汙、圖利的部分都是無罪，是法官對選舉事務不了解，有信心上訴爭取清白。

卓伯仲說，對於選舉被重判，非常遺憾，是法官誤會了，民間捐款給縣府辦燈會，有錢就可以決標了，是有人對楊瑞美「穿小腳」，誤導得製作環保袋，「他沒有叫、也不在場」，結果犯罪的人沒有被處罰。

卓伯仲也指出，國民黨部也發函給法院，指「選舉經費取之地方用之地方」，可惜法官不了解，對這樣判決，不知該哭或該笑。

前縣府代理處長楊瑞美的妹妹、委託律師楊玉珍則指出，法院判決經過審慎調查，楊瑞美貪瀆無罪，但遺憾的是，法院判決對偽造文書的誤解，會再上訴。

卓伯仲涉嫌侵占輔選經費，國民黨發言人楊偉中表示，一切尊重司法，依法辦理。
