彰化2電鍍廠業者 收押禁見

彰化地檢署偵辦彰化市、和美鎮福馬圳沿線五家電鍍廠涉嫌偷排廢水案，連夜將4名業者聲押，院方認為順柏昌公司業者楊福村、昶景公司業者楊福進兄弟有串證之虞，17日裁定羈押禁見。至於從義豐公司挖出的暗管都已自行封閉，認為業者已知警惕，未再繼續排放廢水，裁定義豐公司負責人張秀美、廠長林添福請回。

另外，檢方在和美鎮勝平公司挖出暗管，偵訊業者黃錦文後，認為他仍有所隱瞞，訊後以250萬元交保。天佑工業社業者黃福春已向彰化縣政府申請停工，並拆光生產設備；不過，廠區地底被挖出二袋電鍍污泥，訊後以3萬元交保。 （記者湯世名）
