12年國教法條表決 台聯退席抗議

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院臨時會下午預定進行攸關12年國教相關法案表決，台聯黨團3名立委佔據主席台約1小時後，被國民黨立委抬開。台聯黨團總召許忠信說，因12年國教入學方式不完備、財源不周全，不應倉促上路，因此台聯黨團決定退席抗議，不參與法案表決。

許忠信說，12年國教必須從長計議，將相關問題、疑問都解決、改善才可以實施，因此台聯黨中央指示黨團必須以杯葛方式表達立場。副總召黃文玲也說，倉促實施12年國教的責任，要由執政黨全權負責。
