拒主持同性婚禮 法市長挨告

（法新社法國貝約納26日電） 法國西南部一對同性伴侶今天控告市長，因為他無視允許同性婚姻的劃時代法律，拒絕為他們主持婚禮。

法國西南部阿康格市（Arcangues）市長柯洛（Jean-Michel Colo）創官員首例，正式拒絕為同性伴侶主持婚禮，並發表帶好鬥意味的聲明，引發爭議。

這對同性伴侶的律師說，已對柯洛提出告訴，指控他歧視和拒絕執行職責。柯洛可能面臨5年徒刑及7萬5000歐元罰款（9萬8000美元）。

60歲的柯洛擔任阿康格市長已30年。他稍早為自己立場辯護說：「對我而言，婚姻是女男結合，生兒育女。我並不是歧視，因為同性伴侶並無法生育。這種平等是假的，是個大謊言。」（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
