台鐵車廂內演活春宮 一對男女涉公然猥褻函辦

昨天晚間在台鐵台北往台東莒光號車廂內，上演活春宮的男女主角，經過鐵路警察臺東新站分駐所調查後，已經將兩人依妨害風化和公然猥褻函送偵辦。(張南雄報導)

鐵路警察臺東新站分駐所調查指出，這一對四十多歲的男女，來自基隆，兩人都領有身心障礙手冊，是男女朋友關係，事件發生後，警方第一時間通知家屬，但家屬回應表示，兩人已經成年，要對自己的行為負責，不願出面處理。這起車廂內上演活春宮的事件，是旅客發現後把照片po上網。鐵路警察在火車到達台東新站後，將兩人留置調查，男子也承認有此事，但同一車廂內的旅客，都沒有人願意作證目擊。
