蘇貞昌：這不是政治鬥爭 什麼才是？

司法關說案，民進黨主席蘇貞昌今晚開記者會回應馬總統說，當檢察總長黃世銘拿著非法監聽資料像馬報告時，還洩漏偵查資料，「就是違法」；馬沒迴避，反而間接參與個案，還由特偵組公布，這是台灣司法最黑暗的一天；為了打擊政敵，採用非法違憲的手段，這真的台灣人權最黑暗的一天。

蘇貞昌說，如此竊取國會議長的通訊內容，甚至直接參與司法個案，自己做判決，已經踰越憲法賦予總統的職權，總統若能這樣違法違憲，「如果這不是政治鬥爭，什麼才是政治鬥爭；如果這不是干涉司法，什麼才是干涉司法；如果這不是違法手段，什麼才是違法手段；如果這不是憲政危機，什麼才是憲政危機。」
