女主持人不堪丈夫性虐待 法官判離

嘉義一家地方有線電視台歌唱節目主持人郭姓女子，與當歌唱評審楊姓丈夫結婚近20年，生育1對子女，郭女不堪丈夫長期強迫性行為，又嚴格要求上節目不能穿短袖、圓領衣物，著裙裝須穿安全褲，連衣服鈕扣間也要用雙面膠帶黏貼，向嘉義地方法院聲請離婚，法官今天認定2人難以維持婚姻，判准離婚。

法官調查，2人分居10個月，楊男帶18歲兒子及16歲女兒回嘉義市住家，與母親同住，子女贊同父母離婚，楊男言行使妻子性生活不協調，不受尊重，且造成精神壓力，無法維持婚姻歸責程度較大，子女由雙方共同監護教養。
