各位前輩好，小弟有幸獲得一聘書， 與現職公司分別說明如下， 想請各位幫忙評估一下是否該換公司， 謝謝! 手機排版，請多見諒!! 1.現職為國營事業研發替代役，薪水N， 加班有加班費或補休，需租屋， 役期滿可續簽兩年定期人員約， 其他福利與正式員工一樣。 需通過考試才可轉正式，續簽兩年到期後， 轉為人力派遣職，福利制度不如正職， 轉正一樣需透過招考。 民營化在即，未來一切不明。 2.財團法人國家研究單位，薪水N+8，需租屋， 福利制度應該和現職差異不大，(不確定) 試用期通過後即為正式員工， 加班無加班費或補休， 面試主管是說幾乎不加班， 其他細節都不清楚。 想請問若幾年後出來業界，年資會被承認嗎？ 以上請各位給予意見，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.212.86
