UN北韓人權報告 北韓：政治陰謀

北韓駐聯合國日內瓦辦事處大使徐世平(So Se Pyong)今天(17日)在聯合國召開的人權理事會上，指控聯合國北韓人權調查委員會(Commission of Inquiry)公布的首份北韓人權調查報告，是「敵對勢力(對北韓政府)羅織及編造」的一部份政治陰謀。

徐世平說：「在美國及其盟友的歐盟和日本，對朝鮮人民共和國(北韓)採取的敵對政策機制下，才會產生這種帶有政治性的人權報告。」

聯合國北韓人權調查委員會主席柯比(Michael Kirby)今天在人權理事會上說，根據包括勞改營政治犯在內的脫北者(逃離北韓的難民)，對北韓政權的證詞顯示，北韓境內存在廣泛且有系統的違反人權情事。
