【短片】沈威志辯：不知道洪仲丘不能送禁閉

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園地方法院下午開庭審理洪仲丘案，傳喚542旅少將旅長沈威志，沈首度到地院開庭，庭訊時，沈聽到審判長進行人別訊問喊他名字時，立刻站起，聲音宏亮答「又」，還用軍人舉手禮向審判長敬禮。

審判長詢問沈，明知士官違反資通規定，只能施以申誡處分，為何批准洪仲丘送禁閉處分。沈回答，就他所知，2008、2013年的相關規定當中，沒有明文規範士官部分，且違反資通安全規定的處分，內容不夠周全，他並強調國軍的訓練與懲罰，確實有義務、志願役的不同規定。
 
沈並陳述，若違反資通安全，對士官的處分有改變，他應該會聽聞，但這些年來，他都沒聽聞，也沒其他宣導場合中聽過，直到起訴後才知道。
