蔡煌瑯與江宜樺討論預算　同志疾呼回來

【何哲欣／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺上午到立法院備詢，在野黨立委全力杯葛，院會空轉一整天，立法院長王金平只好出面宣佈散會，但此時民進黨立委蔡煌瑯竟跑到江宜樺的座位前與江揆咬耳朵，還有說有笑，其餘綠委見狀，連忙大叫，「蔡煌瑯，回來啦！」蔡煌瑯一臉無辜離開。

蔡煌瑯受訪解釋，不是跑去跟江揆示好，是因颱風來襲，但南投選區的堤防工程，還有17億元尚未到位，希望行政院儘速協助，否則若造成重大災情，行政院要負責。
