特偵組早上召開記者會，強調絕對沒有監聽立法院總機。對立委指控特偵組監聽的號碼0972630***，就是立法院總機，特偵組否認，稱監聽該號碼時，該號碼是私人手機。

記者上午直接撥0927630***，電話直接接到立法院的語音系統，由於是假日，再撥「0」轉接值班人員，電話則接到警衛隊的值班人員。
