福容飯店：情人塔安全無虞

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市16日電）福容飯店副總經理林保羅今晚表示，情人塔故障致遊客受困9小時，經檢修確定是風大啟動安全機制導致，升降系統安全無虞。

林保羅指出，由於東北季風昨晚增強，導致情人塔停止運作，讓8名旅客及1名員工受困，當時就研判是風大啟動安全機制自動斷電。

他說，當時曾嘗試讓情人塔觀景台緩降，但因考量高齡乘客害怕，才會通報消防局協助從維修孔道將人員接駁脫困。

林保羅表示，經維修人員檢修後，確定排除機械故障原因，主要是陣風太大所導致的自動斷電安全機制啟動，目前已透過手動機制將平台緩降下來。

他說，情人塔升高後，若風力過大時會出現類似飛機飛行遇亂流的情形，會有搖晃的狀況，但這是正常現象，若風力太大，平台就會停止運作，升降系統安全無虞，但為恢復旅客信心，將配合並通過工務局等單位勘查後才會恢復營運。1021016
