千元假鈔印錯正面　男買檳榔遭識破被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市20歲劉姓男子去年2月20日下午2時許，騎機車載19歲李姓男子，持一張偽造的一千元鈔票買1百元檳榔，女店員找零後發現是假鈔，快步追上剛加速要逃走的劉男所穿帽T帽子，劉男與李男一起摔車掛彩被逮，起初互推使用假鈔責任。

新北地檢署調查發現，兩人都還是學生，也均有毒品前科，當庭要求兩人具結作證並提醒偽證刑責，劉男才鬆口承認拿錢給李男買檳榔，但堅稱：「我給的不是這張假的！」

檢方認定劉男是主謀，今依起訴行使偽造貨幣罪嫌，最重判10年，李男雖獲不起訴，但另案接受感化教育。

據悉，這張假鈔的印刷與紙張觸感經送驗確認都很逼真，但敗筆是敗筆是正反兩面都印著真鈔的反面，女店員才會一看就發覺。
