與妻燒炭獨活　男涉加工自殺交保3萬

【黃哲民／新北報導】昨偕妻服藥燒炭自殺離奇獨活的新北市43歲吳姓男子，經送醫急救穩定後，今晚8時許被依涉犯加工自殺罪嫌移送新北地檢署偵辦，訊問1個多小時後被交保3萬元。他堅稱還不起卡債，與妻子「謀為同死」但「意外獨活」。檢方已對他抽血送驗，確認是否真如他所稱有吞30安眠藥與喝酒自殺跡證。

不過吳男表示無力交保，「兩千元都拿不出來」，說自己工作賺錢都交給妻子處理，「現在老婆死了，我也沒錢」。

陪吳男應訊的吳男外甥拿著吳男給的提款卡領錢碰壁，代為聯繫其他長輩。他說家人都不知舅舅與舅媽為何尋短，對此意外都很煩心。截至今晚10時，吳男仍未辦妥交保手續。

檢方表示，履勘現場保全相關證據及檢體，發現死者大體外表無致命外傷，現場整齊無打鬥痕跡，將擇期解剖確認死因。
